Memorial Heart Trinket Dish

This is a small glass heart shaped candle holder, hand painted with sunflowers. A small tealight is included, to light a candle to commemorate someone dear. A memorial or keepsake gift, it could also be used to hold small mementos or trinkets in celebration of a cherished memory.

It can be personalised with a name or date. There are two styles available - small writing on a leafy background or larger writing on a plain background. Please see the photos for more details.

If you wish, I can also add some small flowers of your choice - poppies, forget-me-nots or daisies.
